Experience: Massiel has over a decade of experience in Operations and Human Resources. She has a background in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Aerospace, and the glass fabrication industry. She has a passion for training and development and has been part of the training team of multiple store openings throughout Southern California. She has a B.S. in Business Management and Human Resources and a SHRM-CP certification.    

Fun Fact: Massiel is part of a Latin dance team, and they perform at various dance festivals throughout California.
