What Cristina loves about HR: No two days are the same! She truly believes HR is the backbone of ANY organization; it can make or break the mission/vision of a company.

Experience: Cristina has more than 16 years of HR experience working with nonprofits, hospitality, and sports/entertainment. Although she is a seasoned “generalist,” she has a passion for employee investigations, compliance, and talent acquisition. Cristina holds an MBA and her PHR.

Fun facts: In 2018, Cristina traveled to six different countries: U.K, France, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, and Costa Rica.
