We provide Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct PREVENTION Training for you and your staff in accordance with your state’s laws and requirements.

The following states require* this training:

  • California
  • Connecticut
  • Delaware
  • Illinois
  • Maine
  • New York
  • Washington
  • District of Columbia, limited to tipped-worker employers
  • Chicago, IL
  • New York City, NY

A few states encourage training but generally do not require it broadly for private employers, including Colorado, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Some states also have training rules only for public employees, state contractors, or specific industries. We are experts in which states require what training — and how. We will handle it all for you. And if your state does not have such requirements, we strongly urge you to consider this training for the good of your people and your business.

We offer prevention training both in person and online — and in Spanish. We’ll also make it as entertaining as sexual harassment prevention training can be. Options include:

  • An in-person classroom environment where the employee has access to the trainer for questions regarding the content.
  • Online webinar training created and taught by a trainer and transmitted via the internet or intranet in real-time.
  • E-learning/computer-based training created by a trainer and an instructional designer, which includes access to a trainer who will answer questions.
