We provide Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct PREVENTION Training for you and your staff in accordance with California law. But wait!This training is not only for companies in California. The following states require this training:
We use California law as the foundation of our training, because California has the strictest concepts to cover (see below). This means if you are in New York or anywhere else, you’ll be fully compliant in your state, since the content in this training covers pretty much everything you’ll need to know!
Did you know if you have five or more employees in California, you’re required to do a one-hour sexual-harassment training for your nonsupervisory employees and two hours for your supervisory employees? We know what you’re thinking: How are we going to do that?

California Requirements: The Strictest of the Strict
ALL employees, supervisors and non-supervisors must receive sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training within six months of hire.Employees must be trained once every two years. Some requirements to note:
