What Krissy loves about Operations: The diversity of tasks and the multifaceted nature of the role requires the ability to be malleable to the company’s needs.  Being able to work strategically with an emphasis on streamlining processes while creating growth is FUN!

Experience: For nearly two decades Krissy has managed small companies, with an emphasis in the technology and startup sectors.  Krissy has experience working directly with c-suite and high-level executives to develop strategy and manage execution. Her diverse background includes HR, client relations, partnership marketing, event management, and community relations. She has a propensity for starting programs from the ground up and is known for her calm demeanor in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

Fun fact: Krissy tried out for the National Junior Olympic Luge Team. She also directed and choreographed a professional dance team.
