Experience: Randee is an HR professional with more than 20 years of experience providing guidance and leadership to staff and senior management in both small and large organizations. She’s held several senior-level directorships in HR and has built a reputation for developing dynamic teams with the most important company asset: people. She also has an HR certification.

Fun facts: Randee went to Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia. She likes outdoorsy things and could live on Brussels sprouts. She was on a TV game show at 16 and would take a picnic over a restaurant any day.
