What Shen loves about HR: Creating a happy workplace and connecting with people to make the world a fair and positive place to work and live.

Experience: Born and raised in China, Shen has been working in professional HR in California for the past seven years. Working with startups and small and medium-sized companies worldwide has given her a keen sensitivity to cultural differences, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as the ability to navigate with ease in multicultural organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Concordia University in Montreal.

Fun fact: Shen plays ukulele and loves pugs.
