Experience: Karen has spent more than 20 years in HR leadership roles in the nonprofit, private, and public sectors. She holds a master’s degree in management and leadership, and she is passionate about developing new supervisors and leaders. 

Fun fact: Karen is obsessed with human space flight and not-so-secretly wants to be an astronaut.
