She values being able to support organizational goals while also getting to know individuals across the company. Yaz enjoys hiring exceptional talent, developing them, and supporting their growth. She is passionate about helping organizations succeed, enabling people to reach their full potential, and using data to track progress and pivot strategies when needed.

Experience: Yaz studied Human Resources in college and has been passionate about the field ever since—bringing over 18 years of experience. She thrives on collaborating with people and developing effective, thoughtful solutions. Yaz appreciates the variety each day brings and enjoys finding creative ways to enhance the employee experience. Her background spans the full employee lifecycle across industries including healthcare, logistics, technology, manufacturing, and direct-to-consumer (DTC). Outside of her professional work, she is passionate about helping people, volunteering, and participating in walkathons for causes she cares deeply about.

Fun facts: Yaz hiked 10 miles (one way!) into Havasupai Falls and camped there for a week—an unforgettable experience despite the sore feet. She enjoys Mexican and Indian cuisine, especially anything seafood.
